2010 Policies and Lessons Schedule
1. You may sign up for lessons anytime during the year.
Once you have signed up, lessons go on continuallyevery
week, summer included. You will be billed until we receive
your signed termination (2 week notice) form.
2. Lessons are a standing appointment every week on the same
day and at the same time.
3. Lessons begin and end on the half hour even if you are late.
4. For safety and liability reasons we ask that younotleave
children unattended for more than 10 minutes before/after their lesson.
Doing so will result in an extra 30 minute lesson fee.
5. There will be NO LESSONS on the following dates:
Monday Feb. 15- Saturday Feb. 20, 2010
Monday March 29- Saturday April 3, 2010
Monday May 31, 2010
Monday June 28 - Saturday July 3, 2010
Monday August 23 - Saturday August 28, 2010
Monday Sept. 6, 2010
Tuesday Nov 23 - Saturday 27, 2010
Tuesday Dec. 21 through end of 2010
Rescheduling
1. Teachers will reschedule ONE lesson per trimester only when
a minimum of 48 hours notice is given of intent to miss a lesson.
2. You may trade your lesson spot with another student of the same
teacher at any time. Please notify your teacher in advance if you
choose to do this.
3. No lessons will be made up when no notice is given. No exceptions.
4. If a teacher misses a lesson and no substitute is available, you may
choose whether to reschedule or have your tuition bill pro-rated.
