Chara Hokama: Violin Chara Hokama has played the violin for 14 years and has participated in several ensembles throughout high school and college. She is currently concertmaster for SPU's orchestra. Chara loves to share with students her passion for the violin and chamber music and is an active particiant in quartets and duets herself. Her musical studies have taken place at the University of Hawaii and SPU. Chara has worked with children in many capacities and takes students ages 4 and up.
